Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply send a message via to info@legit-threads.com with photos and a description of the fault and your email address and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.

Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

Our turnaround time is 7 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed.

Depending on size, quantity and your choice of shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or P2P. The packaging for different products is varied, but it's all eco-friendly. The vast majority of parcels ship plastic-free, with the only exception to this being framed prints which ship wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrap to prevent the glass breaking.

Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. International parcels are sent either through Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or P2P depending on the shipping method/destination.

All packaging used is plastic-free. This is how your orders will ship: Garments will be packed directly into a weatherproof, kraft paper mailing bag. Mugs will be packed directly into a special smash-proof box. Bamboo art prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and then put into a reinforced hardback envelope. Art prints are rolled in acid-free tissue paper and put into a triangular cardboard tube (with no plastic ends). Phone cases, socks & morfs are packed into a hardback envelope. Cushions will be wrapped in Kraft paper. Framed art prints are first wrapped in bio-degradable bubble wrap for added protection and shipped in purpose-made framed print boxes.

As all of our products are printed on demand to your specifications, please note the following cutoff dates for a Christmas delivery. Orders submitted by 11:59PM GMT on the last order date are scheduled to be shipped in time for delivery before Christmas. Please note that last order dates are subject to change in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. We will promptly notify you via email if any changes do arise.
